In the midst of school stress, LOADS of assessment and little shopping/ reading... (aka, doing things I love) the last few weeks have hit hard on this blog. It was proof that making time to do what you love is vital in remaining sane and I decided that this afternoon, before touching my homework I would work on a fresh, new blog post. These photos were so much fun to take, the rain has cleared up slightly so I jumped (literally!) at the chance to take photos of this pretty top from Boohoo.com. It's my first purchase from the site and despite the long wait for its arrival, I can say that it was an overall positive experience. It's very nice and light; perfect for the transition of seasons. Can you believe that we are already in March?!

Anyway, I'll be hopefully getting back to comments, emails, etc by tonight and the weekend. In the meantime, I'd be delighted if you entered my Shabby Apple giveaway!

"vintage sweet 16" part 2

These photos were taken by Sue and I received them today. As soon as I had the chance I couldn't wait to upload them onto my computer! I am so happy about how lovely they came out! The lighting really couldn't have been better. I would just like to say a huge thank you to both ladies who are extremely talented photographers and for sharing their talent with me. It was such a fun experience and these photos are the perfect reminder of my 'Sweet 16'.

These are the photos from the photo shoot Bron, Sue and I did the day before my birthday! I'm really happy with how they turned out and the soft, pastel colours in them. What do you think?!

It was so marvellous, I could feel the love right through the computer screen. I had a very sweet 16 and can't wait to show you all the photos from the photoshoot I did. A few have been edited already and I can't wait to show you!
