Lace top from Mum's closet, Tulio dress (worn as skirt), Tempt belt, Kmart shoes, gifted hat, Oasap bag and sunglasses

Revisiting my fave photo location ever for these pictures... today was such a lovely day and despite the angry grey clouds looming as I type this, we've had really pleasant spring-like weather lately. Yesterday, I was actually wearing a mini skirt and a sleeveless top... and wasn't cold at all! Speaking of yesterday, I got half my hair lopped off! I haven't had hair this short (and manageable!) since I was about nine or ten years old. It feels really healthy and light too! I'm not used to such a length though so any hairstyle tips or suggestions would be greatly appreciated! :)

Anyway, I wanted to let you all know what I've filmed a video all about how my Roaccutane experience is going! In it, I talk about my favourite products for dealing with acne and acne-prone skin and a few other things that you might be interested in. It's here, if you'd like to have a look (and don't mind my bomb-site bedroom, I couldn't decide what to wear that morning and basically my entire wardrobe was on my bed!).

I hope you're all having a beautiful day and enjoy the week ahead, not sure how much I'll be blogging this week (it's going to be crazy!) but bear with me xo

Target coat, vintage dress, hat & gloves, Kitten D'Amour pocket watch, thrifted shoes, Forever New belt,

“There must have been moments even that afternoon when Daisy tumbled short of his dreams -- not through her own fault, but because of the colossal vitality of his illusion. It had gone beyond her, beyond everything. He had thrown himself into it with a creative passion, adding to it all the time, decking it out with every bright feather that drifted his way. No amount of fire or freshness can challenge what a man will store up in his ghostly heart.”
― F. Scott Fitzgerald, The Great Gatsby

This outfit is very vintage-inspired, as your probably would've noticed. As well as experimenting with a little bit of new editing, I decided to wear my Grandma's gloves because a) the weather today was really cold and b) they are absolutely gorgeous and add the perfect vintage touch to any outfit. Anyway, this was just a quick update to let you all know that I'm still alive! My second exam block for senior has come 'round and swallowed me whole. I won't be blogging again until next Friday *cries* so I shall see you all again soon!
I have lots of exciting things planned for Avenue M whilst I'm on holidays (only a few days away now!), so stay tuned xo

Emerson sweater, Asos skirt, Miss Shop boots, gifted boater hat, necklace c/o Oasap

Well, it's officially Winter here in Australia and it still hasn't quite sunk in. How on earth are we already half way through the year?! It hasn't been too cold over the last few days, but it's still perfect sweater weather. My weekend was quite relaxing; my friend Ruby and I had a sleepover, ate pizza and fought off an early-morning grasshopper that interrupted our lavish breakfast. The gardener trimmed the hedges so now the silly old things have been pouncing on us unexpectedly! I nearly ate one on Saturday morning! It dived into my breakfast as if it were its own!
Sunday was very lazy. After Ruby headed home I watched Little Women, had rooibos tea and macadamia cookies and tried to read the novel we are studying for English. If you are having trouble sleeping, I highly recommend reading The Secret River by Kate Grenville... I was snoring by 8 o'clock.
I hope you had an excellent Monday! Mine was great apart from being on the verge of a colossal sneeze all day (which finally erupted during period six!). xo
